What you receive
We'll work together intimately for 8 weeks. We’ll begin with your soul purpose as a starting point. This is not just a job or a career, but the reason your soul came here in this lifetime. We will discuss what embodiment looks like in your actual day to day life. You'll complete a questionnaire that will help us assess what tangible goals are our priority within our time together.
Energetic Deep Healing sessions
I'll share with your energetic wound, and how to transcend it. We all have one- there is no judgement, awareness is key in transcendence.
Two (2) 1:1 private facilitated energy healing sessions are including to support you in your journey. You will also have unlimited access to join as many live group healings.
Your unique Blueprint
Within your coaching sessions, I'll share with you the essentials of your unique blueprint. Together we will talk through how your unique blueprint, resonate in your day to day life, and how to bring awareness and action to the areas you would like shift. In our coaching session's you will receive the following self discovery tools & intuitive guidance.
The work
You can expect homework, meditations, and journal prompts & recommended reading throughout our container. Designed to help you accept all parts of yourself, and expand into your soul's TrueNorth.
Continue the work & Integration
You'll be introduced & trained in my favorite spiritual resources & healing practices to continue to guide you in deeping your spiritual journey. You will receive custom next steps, journal prompts, meditations to fully integrate our your session & continue the work.

What type of schedule commitment will this container require from me?
We'll meet weekly for one hour, for 8 consecutive weeks.
I will make recommendations as we meet, depending what comes up in our weekly session, this may be a journal prompt assignment, reading or a daily meditation. We will cover embodiment practices, energetic healing, self discovery tools, and so much more.
For you to get the most out of your investment, be prepared to commit a minimum of 20-30 minutes meditation/reflection daily, outside of our session.
Life happens-there is never any judgement if you are not able to get to a recommended reading or practice before our next session.
How long are the sessions & will I have access after our time if I want to continue?
Sessions range from 60 minutes in length for eight weeks.
You will have full access to me via email/text/voicememo support, as you navigate our sessions into your day to day life-lots comes up. I love getting updates on how all is going in between our sessions- thats the fun part!
Once our coaching agreement is complete (8 sessions) you have the option to continue if you like. However, our goal is that you are equipped to step into your power, purpose & integrate the tools shared within this container as a jump start to your journey when our time working together is complete.
Are refunds offered for The mentorship program?
Absolutely, If you feel the coaching container will not benefit you or its just not the right time, you can end your coaching services at any time.
You will be refunded all remaining sessions.
I see there are set offerings included in this package, can I sub offerings out?
This container includes 8 weekly one hour sessions, that include:
Sessions are tailored to your healing needs, as you go you may notice unexpected resistance coming up, or you could feel better than ever and energized-each client is different.
I may make recommendations on what I feel would support you best, but the sessions and time are absolutely yours to determine where you would like to focus your session. In other words, if you want to swap out a healing session for an intuitive guidance session, that is completely fine.

1:1 coaching with is an investment in yourself & your soul. I do not take your investment lightly and offer flexible plans.

We start our journey with a questionairre. This is a reflective tool, that will be used to examine your intentions, and explore area of life feels like the largest priority. This is a no-fluff, down to business approach.
I ask potent questions, hold you accountable, challenge you to look at your shadows and transcend them. I utilize several self discovery modalities, self awareness & healing practices help you tap into your personal power.
My process is activating; you will begin to find deep clarity in your purpose and empowerment.
What are your coaching qualifications?
I teach & train my clients in all areas of spirituality in areas of life that I have embodied myself. I believe empowering my clients to view yourself as your highest authority, in power co-creator with the universe, unlocks access to your greatest potential. I am a certified breathwork & energy healer & trained intuitive- and have trained personally with some of the best healers & spiritual teachers within the industry.
I have a Masters Degree in business, prior to starting the TrueNorth Soul, I provided leadership coaching in a corporate setting for 10+ years. This blend of experience gives me a unique insight to effectively ground results in beyond the woowoo, and support you in your real day to day life.
